Back to everyday life after a shoulder injury

Dressing, cooking, reaching up to a shelf: how we help you regain confidence in everyday movements after a shoulder injury.

After a shoulder injury or operation, many simple movements suddenly feel difficult. Getting dressed, washing your hair or lifting a cup can take a lot of effort.

Step by step back to movement

Together we work on mobility, strength and coordination. We start with gentle movements and slowly build up, always within your pain limits and in line with your doctor's advice.

Practical tips for the first weeks

  • Put on clothes starting with the injured arm.
  • Keep things you use often at chest height.
  • Use both hands for heavier objects.
The goal is not just a healthy shoulder, but an everyday life that feels easy again.
