How it works

Three principles, one clear goal

01

Think big

Every movement is practised with maximum amplitude to counteract small, slow movements.

02

Train intensively

Sixteen sessions in four weeks create lasting changes in how you move.

03

Transfer to daily life

Exercises are tied to tasks like getting up, turning around or carrying shopping.
