A look inside our practice

How we work, what a typical session looks like and why a calm environment makes such a difference for successful therapy.

A bright, calm treatment room in our practice

Many people are unsure what to expect before their first appointment. Here we show you how a typical session works and why we put so much care into our rooms.

Your first appointment

We start with a conversation about your everyday life, your goals and what is difficult right now. Then we look at movement, strength, coordination and concentration, depending on what you need.

A typical session

A session lasts 45 to 60 minutes. We work with exercises, everyday objects and, where useful, special therapy materials. At the end we agree on a few things you can practise at home.

A calm room helps people focus on what really matters: their own progress.

Why the environment matters

Daylight, quiet and a clear structure reduce stress and make it easier to concentrate. That is why our rooms are bright, tidy and free from unnecessary noise.
